Resistance is not something you can stop and not do. To "stop resisting" is simply not doing anything. The only reason we do anything in our defense, is because there is seen a value in what is still there. So your question is not how do I stop resisting, but rather how do I see nothing with out value. The only reason you are what you are is because you believe you grew up to be that way, and have learned what you know now. This is not true, and you see this as so. What you are is beyond what your world and life has taught you. What you are is all knowledge of truth. Lies can not teach you truth, they can only teach you what truth is not. The world has been upside-down and backwards, tell recently it is returning to its original state. This state is what you are in truth. The world has not been a testing ground, nor a place to learn, nor a site where one grows to be a God. The world has been an insane attempt to keep yourself from the knowledge that you are as God. This is not something you must learn, because it is already so. It was so years ago, as it is so now. there is no difference with last year and today. They are the same. If you realized this you would see nothing of value. If you saw what I saw, in the way I see it, you would not hold yourself to "live in the past" nor would you say "this is who I am" because you would realize that you are no one thing in particular. You are all things, for all things and everyone is in you. If you saw it the way I see it. You would not fight, you would not struggle. Because you know who you are is perfect, and everything is you , must too be perfect, for they are not different from their source, as you too are not different from yours.

Ask then not how to stop resisting, but ask for the assistance to see with my vision. The vision of christ will guide you where you wish to go, because where you wish to be is in truth. You can not find truth in lies. Yet it is very tricky for you have noticed the world only lies when you wish for it to. It only is the effect of your thinking. The lie is not in the world because the world has not left its source. The source is your thinking. If you see lies, you lie. If you see truth, you hold truth in mind. There is no place to go in world, but only in mind. for there is no place in world that is outside of mind. Mind is the beginning and the end. The first and the last. Nothing before after or in between. Mind is it.

Vision is truly seeing this as true. It is experiencing it and knowing it as yourself. The enlightened mind is the mind that has Vision. It no longer holds any value to anything nor anyone, for it is all the same one mind. It apiers to be full of shadows and trickery, because this is what you desire to see. You wish for pain, and suffering. Even along the path to awakening. You have been so deeply rooted in your way of thinking you can not see your own way out. As you have built the staircase to heaven you hid it from your sites, and covered your memories of it with desires for other things. If you but stopped and realized there are no other things, then no longer would you hide and run yourself into the dark hole that you do.

You have asked for Vision, but have not truly desired it fully. for if you have, you would have received it forever, and constantly. If you forget you have it, you never fully did. Or rather you never fully BELIEVE you did, and your belief is what you desire. Truly ask, and truly receive. Ask parchally and resieve parchally. this is true now, and with everything you persieve already. It you have not resieved, you are the keeper holding it from you. If you truly desiered, you would have reasieved.

So the question is restated,

Why do I desire darkness and lies, over light and truth?

Ask yourself this when you are mad, sad, angry, discouraged and so on. Because these are the oviese ideas that cloud your mind. Then see as you say you desire truth, that you have a split desier. What you have is your desire, and what you want is another. You want darkness and Light. You do this to yourself, thinking it is greater to battle off an enemy, then it is to see you have none.

*God saw you whole pure, naked and innocent you took of the fruit on "knowledge of good and evil" and saw yourself as "naked" you thin clothed yourself to hide this, what you call "indecency". As if to be pure, and innocent could ever be indecent. God never saw you as someone to cover up, you did for you now compared "Good and evil" Before this there was no "knowledge" of evil, because there was no such concept. There was only "knowledge" that God's will alone exist. There could and never will be another way but Gods. Learn this and you are saved from all evils "grasp" because there no longer is evil to grasp your mind. The fall of Adam was not in a fruit, but in only an idea that God's will is not omniscient. Desire then to not know of evil, and know only of God, because you desire only truth.

See this as a choice you have right now, and freedom is at hand. Freedom will come fully as it becomes your only desire. You get what you desire, if you are stuck or sick, you desired it, and still do now. Realize your only desire is Truth, and be free of all insanity.

You have yet to realize you ARE ONLY spirit, and spirit can not come from ego, it can only doubt it is spirit, and believe it is ego.

Be vigilant for you know what is true about you. Be vigilant for that truth. Be vigilant for that truth is all you are, and you must keep it known in your mind to fully remember it as the only truth. This you must do, it is inevitable that you know it as your only truth, for it is just that. Though you still believe there are other truths, other layers and areas that truth seems to have divided up and split apart. Yet most of these layers are simply stories, you have make to cancel them to the one truth that you do know, yet try and forget.

Everyone believes there is some soul, some how encapsulated in the body. This is wonderful, yet miss understood, because it is the body, that is encapsulated in the soul. The body is known as a "denser" aspect of the soul, seeming to be soled because of its density. Yet few ask what is the soul encapsulated in, if the body is in the soul. This is Mind. It is not the little mind in witch you think you think. it is the mind in which you are. This is the Mind of God, and you identify with the Son, which is his "thought".

Now as I explain this to you, your thinking thinks of "objects" and "forms" inside other "forms" and this is not so. What it is can not be placed in form, this is what the world you see now is, and that is its cause of its pain, and troubles. As you try and put God in form, you try and give him your pain and troubles. This is not possible. Not that God would not receive your gift, but that God is not capable of understanding such a gift, nor are you.

You do not understand the world you see, nor do you understand your body or mind. This is why you see them and treat them as if they are out to get you with and idea of death. My Son, admit that you do not know, and you will see that everything you try to know is a lie. You lie to yourself to convince yourself as right. But there is no "right" there is only ignorance, and ignorance is less then what you truly can be. Yet you do not seem to wish to be everything, nor all powerful, nor do you wish to know everything. For if you truly wished for it, you would see you have it. Only lies can keep you from this truth, for only lies state you are something you are not and you are not ignorant.

So be thee vigilant for the truth, for you know it to be truth. All other ideas and beliefs will be washed away, as you hold tightly to the truth. You are only that of Holy Spirit, and nothing of you is less. God speaks to Spirit, and Spirit speaks to you. Realize you are only spirit and it is inevitable that you realize God speaks to you, tell you realize you are also one with God.

Be yee not urgent to skip steps, God is far to abstract for you as of now. When you realize you are only spirit, and have no longer Ideas that you could also be ego. Then it will be revealed to you, that spirit is what you are. Then when you no longer have ideas that spirit is separate from God, it will be revealed to you as God appears to step down to lift you up as himself. God takes the last step, because God is all there is, and the others are beliefs that wash away. A belief that is washed away can not take you up to God, for it is no longer there.

It is quite possible to release these steps all at once, yet it is not easy. The mind is far to fearful of loosing it self, and would not be able to open to its ability to open itself up. The residence it much greater then its willingness. There has been times, you have given up enough to wash away your insane ideas, yet you continue to recall them, and live by them again. As you leave one behind at a time, you are less likely to notice, and to pick it up again. This you have been doing so. You do it with out knowing, and you do it by choice too. This is why it will save "time" because you are no longer only doing it with out knowing, you have also been doing it more so.

Yet it is often you try to leave behind more beliefs then you are willing, and you put yourself through pain as you resist. This is not necessary, nor is it plausible. You can not save time, any more then you are willing to, and by willing I mean you are less resistant. You can not enforce the ideas of ego, or negativity, but you can only enhance your belief in your truth. Remember to remember your truth, as much as you know it. Whatever it is you see it as, remember it. Remember it in every action, and aspect. For that is a key to your whole believed reality.

How willing are you to let go of your ways, and come the way to God. Bring your beliefs to spirit, and let him be keeper, those that work will stay and those that hurt you will vanish. Hold not to them, for pain and hell only come from resistance to truth. and only truth exist.

I am realizing again, and more then ever. That I repeat my behavior of the past. I really am the same person I was years and years ago. I still have the same desires, I still have the same fights. I still see people the same way, my family and friends. I feel no matter what I do, or think, I will always be this same child... simply with a new mask, a new phased. Almost as if all my "improvements" are simply better tactics of getting what I want. I am still a child, wanting Mommas attention. I am still a child screaming when he brakes my toy. I am still the child, that plays the "better man" and brushes off the anger first.


Do I ever do anything new? Do I ever make a decision that I could not predict in myself. Under our new polished bodies, all grown up. Are still the same ways and decisions. The same child, forever lurking wanting fighting and destroying. There is nothing that you can do to get out of it, even the Buddha was a wise child, that learned how to get what he wanted. He desired freedom, yet is there really ever a point where one truly is free from ones self? We are controlled by the controller, which is ourselves. We do the same things we always did, we think the same we always thought.

This is why forgiveness does nothing, forgiveness is the only way out. There is no way out that you can "do". Doing is what got you drowning in your own desires. I have stated often that you only see the past, and you question often, on where that all began. You appease yourself and say it has built up with the last moment. Then it would be true that you have evolved from nothing. But if you added one word you would realize what it means. You see only the past thinking. Everything you know and see, is what you have thought of before. There is nothing new, it never was. It is the same joke with a mix of punch lines. Continue and your soon be tiered of the same old thoughts, that have gotten you only to desire more. Desire creates desire. Willingness, creates reason to be willing. And fear creates reasons to be afraid.

Now is the time again to realize that what you do, is not to determine your state of mind. Even if you do act the same as you did as a child, this is unimportant to the real battle. Ego makes up reasons to be depressed, reasons to feel down. The key part to realize is that it was the ego that mad it up. Not you, you only believed it, fell for the joke once again. Your memory will laps over itself, tell you have realized that every minute, has been the same instant. When will you desire to simply stop?

The answer is in the silence, not something that will be reviled, but what will be undone wile you are silent. The forgiveness that is accomplished in perfect stillness, is outstanding to the forgiveness wile working. It is not about what you do, but how well you pay attention to your thinking. Do you believe it, or fall for the joke? Or do you remember that it is a joke, and remember to laugh and smile, because you no you are not in or of the world you see. You are free, free from everything. And that is your free will, to understand.

Be vigilant for the peace of God. It will take a great amount of willingness to continue. If it were the easy path you would not need help, and you would do it naturally. But the path you take is the easy natural way, we fall. It is easy to blame and point, and persecute and judge. It is even easier to say that God does all of that for your enemies will be washed to hell. The easy path you have taken to here, is one that seems widely understood. In the mix of things the true path to God, looks like insanity, but only to the insane. The sane do not desire their wishes of death to come true, nor do they have them. For they know their wishes are only on them selves. It is impossible to condemn a reflection, and not condemn the one it reflects. The image you see is only a distract to seeing what is in you. You get upset when someone shows you the evil in you. You have trouble when others see your hatred, you are saddened when you realize you only hate yourself.

The practicalities of everyday living are crazy because they are a host to an old continued desire. The desire to punish and tourcher, crucify and kill the son of God. You do not understand this, no do you really think you can. What you think you understand about it is a lie you tell yourself to try and distract yourself once again. It is NOT about understanding it. There is no place, there is no reward. There is only what you have right here right now. The reward in in that, not somewhere else. It is right here, everywhere you go. You can not loose it, nor destroy it. It is forever existing be cause it was created as that existence itself. This is you. This is your life, and light. It is that we call the Son, it is what is known as the kingdom of Heaven, and hark it is at hand. It is closer then you could ever imagine. The question is the answer, Who are you? You can not find the questioner, for you are the questioner. You can not find the light, for you are the light, You will never get an answer from God, for he is asking the question.

The light of the world shines brighter then ever today, It has always been. Yet its blocks, and clouds cover it no longer. It brakes through them as if they were simple joys, and a child free to experience them, with out condemnation and blame from a parent. The child breaths deeply as the light it is extends to the ends of existence. The child is the universe as he realizes he is the light. He shines ever more brighter, as he feels himself in and as others. This is the miracle, the experience of the change of perception. Not only a change of it, but the experience of it.

This is what you want. You want to know yourself, you want to feel the extension and no longer projection. You want to feel the Love in all things as yourself. You want to be excepted, now give what you desire for you give it to yourself. As you deny it you deny your desire from yourself only. As you think another may not deserve it, this is a lie you tell yourself, to keep yourself with "reason" in pain, sorrow and Hell. You know this need not be, you know what you really want. Seise and continue vigilant for the peace of God. By giving it, by sharing it, by shining it for all eyes to see. You do it for you. You do it for the Son of God, not "other Egos" you want peace, so be dedicated today. Be determined today, that you know what you want, and you got it.

I stood up from my computer a moment ago and thought of something, before I started listening to Jon Lennon. I asked myself what if there is no God? I realized a relieving feeling of pure happiness, that seemed to brush away as fast as it came. I asked myself, what if there is no Heaven, and the feeling returned with a understanding that blew my mind. It seems hard to grasp, because it is far out of the thinking I have been proned to my whole life.

If there is no heaven, then what am I working for? If I will never get to a place that all things are perfect... then why am I trying so hard to do what is "right". I am shocked thinking about this, because that means, even more so then I ever thought of it before. "Heaven" could only be here, and Now. What does it look like? Like freedom, from all expectations. A freedom, that nothing can sway, or move. And where is this freedom found? The only place it ever has been. A place where there are no hopes, and no lost dreams. A place where it is perfectly fine to not be anything. Where no, body cares about your way of life, or your hair, cloths or money. Because they are free from all expectations, and condemn you not.

The ultimate place of acceptance. As I came to this realization, which I can not fully grasp, nor describe. I started listening to Jon Lennon's song "God" I never understood this song more then I did in this moment as it comforted my realization. In the song he is saying many "beliefs" that he does not believe in, then ends with "I believe in Me". It all came together so clearly as I realized, what am I going to do, if I have nothing to go for? Well I might as well be happy. I might as well stop, working for anything, and just be Happy, enjoy the journey. Wow, enjoying the trip, in every moment.

At the end of the song he talks about the dream being over, the dream of every belief he brushed aside, and looked at the emptiness of reality. The plan vision of what is right in front of our eyes. Everyday we get up fighting to stay alive, or fighting for attention. We are always striving, in this "hope" that someday it will end. Open your eyes, it will never end. Your desire is what made it, and keeps it coming. Your desire to be loved by someone, let it be a person, or three, oh lets hope its God. "Oh God whatever you do, and whatever is true... Please Love me." The ultimate idea of Love itself. The greatest most powerful being, loves you... and there for now I can be happy. Well what if it is all a crock? then what do you do? die? cry? give it another try?

I am not here to say if God exists or not, I am here to get you to think about what your working for. Why do you want heaven, in the future... Heaven is a choice. I choose to be happy now. No matter what my life looks like, no matter how little I have, no matter all that I loose... I will still have my choice to be happy. This reminds me of the serenity prayer.

-- God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.

What do I and always will have the power to control? My mind. No one can brain wash me to the point I do not exist. As long as I exist, I have choices. And I choose Happiness Now. The Buddhist always teach about the consistency of inconsistency. That everything changes, and always will. The physical world will always be different in every moment. We can not change this, we can not have a physical world that will not have "physical" properties. We must be wise enough to except this, no matter your religion of choice.

The hardest part is having the courage to change the things we can. To achally change our minds, even wile we are swimming in the most upsetting situation. could you be brave enough, to not try and change the world that is always changing... but change our minds, and choose heaven now. choose peace now, choose happiness now.

It is posable, to be in a mess and be happy. You truly believe you do not have control over your happiness. You truly believe your world around you must be "good" for your state of mind to be "good". Do not do this to yourself, when you could be in joy right this moment, and every moment. "Choose again" is as simple as it is. Realize your upset's you feel, was a choice to feel that way. Even as you choose to feel that way, choose simply again for the way you wish to really feel.

You want to be Happy, so why choose its opposite? In protest to the world that does not go your way? It is a very wise man, that can find happiness in every sercomstance. I do say wise, and not strong. It does not take strength to make a choice, it only takes strength to fight your own resistance. Be not stubborn for anger, be stubborn for Joy. You do not need to fight for your right to be sad, you can be. But you can as easily be happy.

Wouldn't you want to be happy, if you realized it was that easy? If you realized that your mind was not forced to be what it perceives in the world, you then would be free. But how desperately do you want your dreams to haunt you. How badly you want to be formed and manipulated by every, smile, frown, dollar gained or stolen, every spark of energy in any form. Be this choice, and you choose insanity. Choose again.

If you could see how simple this is, to simply be happy. you would. yet you hide it from yourself. You would rather be a marder then a savior. You would rather loose everything then gain it all. Think of this, is this what you want. if it were true would you admit it, would you own it? If you could not, you still desire death and Hell. You can see, the Ego can be understood, as something egotistical, someone that is not willing to loose its ways to be happy. It will fight to the death of itself, just to be right, simply to have its way. This is not true of you. You can let it go now. Your light shines so bright, and you continue to hide it.

Bring the light out, where it can be seen. Be the super hero that chooses Joy. The one that can smile and cheer everyone up, in every moment. The one that brings the eyes hope of what they hide from. Show them that it is posable to be happy, even when the world crashes. Be as Job and remain vigilant for heaven, when everything is lost. It all comes together now. The light has come, and it shines so clearly, as your eyes are open to see.

Could that be it, could it be that simple? Simply be happy now... and all pain will be washed away. All tears will seece, all problems will fall away.

I have been Waking up, in somewhat of a upsetting feelings over thoughts I have regarding my ex-wife, and expressing the beliefs in abandonment that I have.
I woke today with the same feeling, and I finally decided to do it differently today.
I wanted to call her and try to express again, like I have been almost everyday. I am finally sane enough on this subject, that I know thats not the way to do it. So I turn to the one, I feel has been neglecting me, which is me and I asked myself if I really want to do this again. I realized in the question, my whole relationship with her has been the same. I feel something is being taken away, I fight for it, it continues to be taken, I get upset she does not care, It continues... I blow up, and hurt a wall.

Today is different because I am choosing before I get upset, not latter when I am all upset at what she is doing, and what I am loosing. I then turned to spirit as I herd him say, "I need do nothing: is healing" I told him, advisedly I get a bit caught up and drowned in the emotions. What is something practical, I can apply it in my life, and I see myself Blogging about "Give'em what they want" and I say the page filled with Give'em what they want Give'em what they want Give'em what they want. So here I am, and spirit will elaborate. But me being the sly little ego, said before I started typing, "What if I do give them what they want" thinking I am psychic, and know what is best for them. Spirits quick and swift reply "Give'em what they say they want".

I then saw myself marrying together, my sister and her new boyfriend. They did ask me and I said yes, but protested that they should wait, for there is no need to rush into a mess. But I realized as the spirit spoke, I am not here to judge and then try and "save" the world in what I "perceive" as their best intreats. The ego quickly judges, and wants to save my sister from another bad marriage, and for the kids. I would justify and say it is nothing against the guy, even if he is a perfect guy waiting should not be a problem, if he is.

Something about my sisters life has been reflecting my own regarding relationships. Her prier husband and her, separated nearly every time my ex and I were fighting, and talking about divorce. Then their divorce went through about the same time ours did. And now she is quickly tying herself to another guy, filling in her blank... as my ex is. My sisters husband, has been throwing a fit in the background on the phone, as I have, and something tells me, this need not be.

I remember I was so focused and vigilant for God, and now swimming in the shit I made for dinner last year. Its time to clean up the plate, and do it differently. We all know it has not been working the way I want to do it. So finally on this subject I am ready to, choose and act again differently.

Please, Spirit again could you teach me what I should do practically regarding the reactions in myself.

As I made clear to you, Many could say do nothing, but this for you gives you "power" you blind yourself with, as you try and "make" the other do nothing. Remember again, that it is always your lesson, there is no one out there that needs to change their behavior, it is you. So I say again, Give them what they want. For you know it means nothing, you know that you do not perceive you own best interests, and you know that to give is to receive, and you know that all pain comes from resistance. These things you know, I will elaborate again for you.


First- you know it means nothing, it is very easy to forget everything you know, when you think it is something you learned. The life you live is a life you learned, to act and be, do and say what you do. It is easy also to think the way to God is learned, and try and put it all on top of what you learned in life. This is not the goal. You will know that you are trying to "learn" it, when it seems to not be there when you "need" it. This we know is not true. As you remembered last night with Brittany, "Life is a series of trials so you can remember who you are" She is very insightful on this subject. But who are you is the question, and where are you at that.

You know nearly everything outside of yourself, will teach you what you are not, this is why it is meaningless. Only the "loving" experiences are meaningful because they teach you what you are. They bring you to a place to remember. Of course you will go through a period of undoing, and "learning" everything Love is not, and those are the "trials". Shedding away your old beliefs, that have taught you what you are not. It becomes a "trial" because the resistance to loosing the belief is great, and all pain and suffering comes only from resistance.

So it is normal for the ego to say, "everything is teaching you." But listen not to this in the way you once believed. Everything is teaching you, what you are not, so you can look past then and see what you are. This is the only reason they have meaning. They do not have meaning when you can not see through them. So do not take the lesson and stack it on your shelf filled with them, the shelve is hiding the truth. A true lesson of God, takes things off the shelf so you can see.

Two- You know that you do not perceive you own best interests, this we have gotten into depth before. And I say again, You perceive not your own pest interest, because you see only what you have learned in the past. You desire this situation to be different then the once in the past, so you must do something different to bring about the different situation. There is one thing that you never have done, and this is nothing. You believe you must do something, so I tell you then give them what they want. But you continue to ask about different situations, and which once you could apply this to. Do not the judgment of the situation, do the forgiving of it, so you can be healed from it.

You see clearly that your past has repeated over the years, that you live and act the same as you did when you were five. This is a lesson you would learn from. See not that you can not change, but see past it and realize what the reaction is hiding from you. Do not act the same way you always have, act today the way you never have. It is in my defenselessness my safety lays because it is taking you the way of God, and not yours, your choice has been the way of the ego, and you can count on that choice being made again, IF you choose to do anything. Choose to do nothing, by giving them what they want.

There is no ways in the world where one way is better then the other way. They are both illusions, and both insane. Love does nothing, in support of the truth that is hidden behind the shelf of lessons. Love is continuously giving, because it perceives no needs, in it self. Give because you choose Love, Do nothing because you wish not to act on the past, and have again chosen Love.

Three- You know to Give is to receive, In the sense I spoke of above, to give your things, and actions, is to take them off your shelf that hides the truth, in turn you receive the truth, by giving what you hid it with. You could almost say that the shelf was covered with old "lessons of love" or old "ideas of love" and you give these ideas of love, so they hide no more the real Love behind them. of course I speak to you metaphorically and these actions of giving is all you know. But it is better to give "love", if you must give something.

To give regards to truth, to give what you "learned" of truth is the only thing you can give. It is "teaching what you would learn" that you do so for. The question is, what do I wish to learn. Well with the contexts of above, to give Love is to do nothing. To do nothing is forgiveness of the blocks. The Blocks being old belief systems we have learned. As you give this "love" you simply remove the blocks in yourself. Remember it is always my lesson, never about the others "growth" only about my healing.

Give your old ideas of love, so you may find the Love that is always given. Act as you see fit for this love to be given, tell you realize it is not the love you wish to give. Give the true Love, only when you find it. You will know if you found it for there will be nothing else. As you type, and read this you have not found real Love, because you think there is something else you can do, say or be, this is why you come to me for help, you think you where someplace else. We are one, you have never left, to "come to me for help" the fact that you do is the fact that you think there is other places, things to do, say and be. Not realizing there is only Love, so you must admit you hide from it.

Four- You know that all pain comes from resistance, Meaning if you experience Pain, hardship, sorrow, or struggle it is because you resist. Resist the situation Yes, but resisting the loss of your belief systems. What you believe you are, is a series of belief systems building you as you are. You are not these belief systems, or the beliefs that make them. What you are needs no belief, it simply is what it is. The ego is a belief about yourself, build with itself over itself. A belief that is so well hidden you do not have a clear idea what the belief is. Even as students of the course you say it is a belief in "separation". You may have experienced out side of this, and remember it, but every time you try and explain it, you forget it.

If you experience pain of emotional or physical, you must realize that "you do it to yourself" means, that you give yourself this pain, by fighting, or in other words, refusing to give up. Refusing to surrender, to others, and higher powers. The only reason you clash, or have problems with is because you are stubborn, and want it your way. When you do not even know what you want. So you fight even when you get it. Then run around upset and angry that what you thought you wanted did not give you satisfaction, so you take it out on something. This is not what you want, the pain, the resistance is not what you want.

So give up, in the easiest terms, surrender. In every "trial" is another chance to surrender, because you know you perceive not your own best interest, and finally you will do nothing, but give what others ask of you because you know it does not matter. You resist not doing it, or not doing it. Finally you stop caring about the world and let it go, you no longer cherish it and set yourself free. You finally be happy because nothing in the world can influence you. You have surrendered and given up to the true Love of God. Be this and Give up today.

You say you want to, but the ego has no clue how. It thinks giving up is death, or sitting around doing nothing. It is not, It is not resisting, all the options that come in front of you, because you know you do not perceive your best interest. So I clarify, if they ask, you say Yes, if the do, you say go a head. You walk even if you do not want to, because the ego is the only one that WANTS anything. Want no more, because you have. Seek no more because you are. Find no more because you will always be.

"You are what you think all day"
"Teach what you would learn"
"Give what you are"
"You only teach what you believe"

Quotes like these from different places imply that if you want to be a certain way, you can change your thinking, can you elaborate.

As you heard me say in Chapter seven part one, I said I gave only Love, because that is what I believe I am. It was not that I wanted to believe I was. I no longer wondered IF I was Love. I know as you too know. Yet you do not believe everything you know, as I do believe it all. To wonder is to deny and search for answers where they are not. Even when you pray and ask the spirit to "show you" the truth. You do not really wish to see the truth, Ask not for it to be shown to you, Ask for the assistance to see. For to ask where it is, is stating that you ask for it to be hidden, and you get everything you ask for. Asking for assistance to realize the truth, is a surrendering to the possibility that a power greater then you and what you believe, will assist you in Putting aside your "strength" to finding it yourself. It is a realization that you really want to hide from truth and not find it, it is a realization that you fight yourself to find the truth. Then you surrender to the assistance that you were not open to, when you were battling with yourself.

You tend to believe you must "believe" before you "know" and then when you believe enough then it is "knowing". This is not true. You believe what you know, and some things you don't believe what you know. What you know can not be changed, what you believe is your acceptance of what you know. What you know is the Truth, and the ego attempts to change it by picking and choosing what it wants to fit in with what it sees as its life right now, based off of the past learning. Always having to question which and how many are true. What the ego "knows" are simply projections it has no control over anymore. Then it "learns" the facts about them, denying their source. It makes up a world and hides from it. It hides from it because it wants to hide from its source, It hides from its source because it believes the source it beyond its self. The source of the problem, is not that it is real, but that it is Believed to be real. You Know you are one with God, yet you force yourself to believe that it is not true, so you may punish yourself for a guilt that you call humility.

Humility in the true sense of the word, is not a "strong" attribute. It is the ability to surrender, and this is not a strength, but a giving up on strength. It is putting your guard, and weapons down and giving up. This takes courage in your faith, not strength. Your humility is said to "take a strong man to be" as if it needs to be forced or worked for. Humility is not somewhere you go, or a moving forward in progress, it is stepping down, giving up, to God.

So to teach only Love, is to give it. Love it the acceptance of your brother, as yourself. To give it is to realize it as your truth. To realize it is to be humble, and realize you believe not in your truth. Give Love for it is what you want to believe, Give Love because you know you know it. Learn what Love is by giving it in the way you believe it is now. It will be reveled to you as you Humble yourself to what you believe about yourself.

It is not a changing that is accruing, as you change your thinking. It is a shift in expression of what you believe you are. You are All, and which you wish to express is your free will. You have chosen to express pain and sadness, and there for you experience it, to justify your desire to express it. Choose again, and express Love, and you will experience it to justify your choice, to be it.

As you continue to express your Ideas of what you believe "Love" is, soon you will shed what it is to you. No longer will it be what you believe "love" is, but it will be what true Love is. As we have said, this can not be learned. This is because you believe you are what Love is not, and how could "what love is not" learn it self as "what love is". This is why it is said to be an Un-Learning of what you believe you are now, and unlearning of "what love is not" to realize it is made from Love, which is its truth and needs no learning.

It is true then that if you wish to realize yourself as "A" then teach "A" to be true, and if you believe "B" and want "A" to be true then teach that "A" is true, yet you naturally teach "B" to be true, for this is what you believe. But it does not change the fact that what you are is "C"

*You believe you are what you experience, yet what you experience is changing constantly. What you experience is what you choose to express with a reason to feel that way. You tend to think that the experience came first, then your reason, then your justified to express your "feelings" about the experience. Yet this is the mix up of cause and effect. You are not in the world, it is the experience of what you choose to express. The choice to express came first, the experience to give you reason to express came second. You can choose to express differently then the experience insists that you express, because you know you are not the experience, but that it is an effect of what you choose to express.

It is highly posable that as you choose differently from the experience, and express the opposite, the experience can change in front of your eyes. It is not highly however, that you would notice it. In fact as you think the experience would change rapidly it would not, it would change before you realize your choice to express the opposite was realized. Meaning, if you chose to express anger, your world would give you and experience to give you reason to express anger, yet when the experience comes, and you choose to express love instead, the experience would already be a blessing, waiting for you to realize it. The miracle is in all experiences, because experiences leave not their source, the choice to express what you believe you are.

Soon enough you will only choose Love, and soon enough all other choices will be forgotten. Then the only experience will be that to justify Love, and it will be known as the Happy Dream. The Dream to end all Dreams, for in the choose of Love's expression, the true love will be reviled, and this is the last step God will take for you. The fullness of the experience will be the choice of Love, and Love will be realized that it was known all along, but not believed.

Yes it is True that you are Love, yet you do not believe it. Teach it, for you want to realize the truth about yourself.

It is not a matter of Faster, but when. The only way for your old belief systems to wash off is if you use soap. As I have said before, if willingness is higher then resistance great healing can acure. All pain and trouble comes from resistance. The Healing come when you let go of the belief system you resist from letting go. So it is not resistance to healing, but a resistance to loosing your old ways, eventually your way at all. To put it simply, if you wish for your willingness to be greater then your resistance, and have a hard time getting it that way there are a few, seeming "radical" ways you can live.

The Ego wants exactly the opposite of the way of God. So do the exact opposite what the ego wants. This seems easer that what is is. for what does the ego want? well the key word is 'Want' The Ego wants its way. If you look at the world and brothers in it, and trust that they come from spirit you can follow with out any difficulty. The ego will very quickly fall out of trust and think it knows a better way, this would no longer be trust. So when ever the outside world conflicts with the inside mind, follow what the outside says. For there is no conflict, but only in the dilutions of the ego. The inside mind, and the outside world are one. There could never be conflict if there was only one disputer. Seek not to change your world, but change your mind about the world. It is only a world of ego, when you see, and choose for it to be. Which is ego for you, ego will reflect ego, and blame everyone for being ego. Stay on the razors edge of Trust and even when there seems to be conflict, realize it is only because you lost trust in spirit, in your brother. There is no conflict only a problem of lack of faith. Trust again that they come from spirit, and your ego will be healed.

So to clarify, When your brother wants one thing, and you want the other, go with what your brother wants because you know there is no conflict. The ego in you will fight, and want its way, thinking it know what will work best, But there is no difference between two illusions. One is not better or greater then the other. They are both the same, with a different seeming image. You follow your brother because you choose peace over conflict. You follow your brother because you trust he is spirit. You follow your brother because you know he is one with you, so there for if he conflicts with you, you must be mistaken. Even when it seems harmful, or painful, you must continue to trust that on the battle field it seems that way, but up above where I see only illusions. Trust spirit as it takes you through your Hell to peace. It only seems to be terrible, it only seems to be messy, yet it is only from resistance.

Nothing ever looks painful, nothing ever looks hard, you only see your resistance to being free from your identity. Even when it seems like animals are being tortured, and killed for food, the pain you feel is only your resistance to loosing yourself. If you truly were ok with loosing yourself, If you truly excepted Death, you would see that you are free from all pain, all conflict, all worry and stress, your realize nothing has power over you, and nothing really matters nor for your brothers. Thou you see that things still matter, is only your resistance to loosing your identity, the fear of death.

Then do nothing extreme, you do not need to do something to much or to little. The ego wants to prove its power, yet it has none, so it will use its choices to manipulate itself. It will be a martyr to show it self as real. You do not need to starve, nor do you need to be full. You do not need to be poor, or do you need to be rich. The fact that you want it all, or you finally say you need nothing, is the ego trying to prove it self as a being. There is nothing it can do to be real, it will go up and down looking everywhere for another way to be noticed, to be loved, or to be master. It knows its true reality, and it will do everything it can to hide it. You have never once did nothing. The ego is always moving, always noticed, and always thinking. Even thought you think you have stopped one of these, you have never stopped all. To do this would be complete freedom, and this is your greatest fear. You think it is death, you think it is non existence, you think it is the loss of love, but it is freedom.

Perfect freedom seems to have this "price" yet it is only a price when something is considered valuable. As you still hold it valuable, you will resist. As you are on this path to freedom, you go through hell because you conflict with yourself. You fight your resistance, and hold dear your freedom. Yet you fight for freedom, and resist your value. You can not have both life and death, wile you resist you cherish only death. "Let go and be free" can be taken very literally. yet to do so with everything, is an undertaking for the very willing. Yet as I said before, everything is all the same, and illation, do it with all or none. Let go of all, or you have not let go at all. So again I say, it is not about faster, but when will you let go?

It only seems like many choices of choosing again and again, but they are the same one reminding yourself to remember. Not a new choice, but the one waiting to be chosen fully. And when it is done, your see it always was one big choice to to be free. All this time your saying no, soon your stop fighting and say Yes. there in no maybe, and no "just a little" you are ether saying no, or your saying Yes.

You have been taught to "stay in purpose". This is very useful, because the ego wants to be extreme, right now it wants to stop and rest. You continue to type because your willingness is higher, then your resistance. You will have your way of freedom, but it will not seem your way in choices. As you continue on project that support forgiveness, and unity. You will reinforce it in your mind. Use the focus on the projects as a symbol of your focus on spirit. use your vigilance for the projects completion, as a symbol of your healing completion. It is only the ego that wants to stop, It knows the way of the "symbols" and it does not want to except the "death" it brings.

So I satiated there are a few seeming "radical" ways you can live, and they are not in the actions of life, but the inactions. The acceptance of the way of your brother, is trusting they are one with you, and you are spirit. Then to do nothing to the extreme, as everything is meaningless, treat it that way. It is nothing to do allot of, and it is nothing to do not. It is nothing, even when it looks like you do it. You do not do it, so why change it? The third thing is the acceptance of death, the acceptance of death is not only giving up, but embracing the possibility that you may not exist. This does not seem necessary to the ego, but if it does not matter, it will not hurt to do so. It it is avoided, with what ever seeming excuse, understand it is your resistance. The fourth thing for tonight is staying in purpose, the ego wishes to do meaninglessness of meaninglessness, the reason purpose has "meaning" is because it leads to meaning. You are what you think about, the purpose is to think about truth all day tell you realize ONLY truth, and the rest has dissolved away.

Your peace is in you, your guide will show you. resist not and it will flow, as you dive it will splash tell there is no water in the sea.

Talking to my family and friends, I realize how much my beliefs have changed. Every time I write something here, I am hoping they will read and get a bit more insight on what I believe. If I were to put my beliefs from what they were to where they are going in one sentence it would be. I was one who looked for salvation outside from sources separate and apart from me, now I realize it is all there, but only with in me.

The LDS church what I was raised up in, is said to be the church with the most truth and information then any other church in the world. I might agree with that still. But 'A Course in Miracles' is not a church, so not in the same category. There is one very important key missing, which changes everything. This is the realization of unity. Peace, is Unity. War, is separation. Now of-course most people even when they think they do, have no idea what this means. It does not mean simple coming together in one purpose. It does not simple mean we are one family. It does mean these things, but even deeper then that. The reason it is one in purpose, the reason we are family, is because we are one. The Church talks about the 'War in Heaven' where (in very short) Lucifer and Jesus had their different ideas of how it should go down here on earth, its said that this is a 'War of Words' as if I could ever see Jesus calling anyone names. I do not understand, tell I realized the "War of Words" was what the course calls the "Tiny Mad Idea" where the Son of God forgot to laugh.

Now for all you listening, Imagine with me that before we were spirits, we were "intelligences" no shape or form, tell we were born into a spiritual body, then now born into a physical body. This is what the church says, of-course never having an idea what came before the "intelligences" that we were.
So here is a stretch; what if before we got our "Spirit Bodies" we were One "intelligence" that was split into the many little spirit bodies, then the spirit bodies, were you and me, and Jesus and Lucifer. Then seeming to be as separate spirit bodies, the Ideas began to be different also. As if they where different spirits. This is a war. Yet Peace, is Unity. War, is separation. They where one born into many, that started to forget it was one with its brothers, and clashed in interests. One spirit body had his "word" and another had his "word" this is a "war of words"

The idea of this war was Lucifer stood up and said (paraphrased) "I will force everyone to do good, I will make them serve, and Father all the glory your give to me" Then Jesus stood up and said (paraphrased) "I will let then have free will and choose to come back to thee, and Father, I will give all the glory to thee" Then it is said that the Father in Heaven chose Jesus to be the savior of his brothers and sisters, and one third of the host of heaven went on the side of Lucifer, and two third chose the way of Jesus. And there it is said the two third that chose Jesus is us, we have come to the world to be tested on our "righteousness" to the father in heaven.

Now what has changed in my beliefs is this everything brought into my mind. I can see this so clearly now, that in each of our minds we have this war right now. There is a scripture that states the natural man is an enemy of God, meaning we naturally want to do what is not of God, and not righteous. Which does not make sense if we really were the ones who chose Jesus. The "War of Words" is not something that happened, long ago. It is not something happened to others. This war, is in you now. This war is said to be of Words, because it is your mind, your thoughts. To combine with ACIM words, the EGO is like Lucifer doing everything it can to get the glory, and force you to do what is "right" and he will look like your nicest friend, just to pull you in, he will even get you to think that the enemy is someone else to blame. he will get you to think you can never be saved because the kingdom is so hard to get, with so many words. He will get you to think LOVE is in death, and LOVE is in punishment, and LOVE is in cruelty, and LOVE is on a cross, were God punished someone for YOUR evil doings, He will get you to feel like shit, and full of guilt, to FORCE you to "Choose the Right".

And the real Christ with in you will tell you you are forgiven, forgiven instantly. He will tell you that you need not suffer, and go through pain or death. He will tell you that eternal life is now, and has no sacrifice. He will tell you LOVE is LOVING and LOVE is gentle. He will show you that what you think you did to deserve punishment, is washed away in the nothingness of the past. He will guide you to a place with no worries, and no stress, where you no longer NEED to do it right, for you CAN NOT DO IT WRONG, your WILL IS FREE. He will show you you have FREE WILL, and there is no punishment for there is no death. He will tell you that nothing you could do could keep God from LOVING you. He will help you feel the peace and joy that only God's LOVE and acceptance could bring.

The Kingdom is not far away, it is not even around you. It is you. The Christ with in you will show you the kingdom doors are always open for your return. The Devil with in will tell you it is far, and you MUST do good to get to it, and YOU WANT to so you can be rewarded. The Christ with in you will guide you to the safe return, gently releasing you from your desire for guilt. The Devil with in you will say everything it can to get you to feel guilty to FORCE you to WANT to return. The Christ will show you, that guilt is never your desire, and perfect Happiness is with in now. The Devil with in you will tell you that you can NOT be happy, tell you do, or get MORE, it will even tell you that you need to SERVE MORE, to be happy. It will tell you Happiness is out there, and never with in you. The christ will tell you, that you have never been condemned, and you are perfect and holy even now. The Devil will tell you you are sinful from the very start, it will tell you your choices have harmed, and killed, it will tell you everything you do is shit. It will tell you that you can never be fully happy tell you repent, and obey, and DO WHAT IS COMMANDED OF YOU ... to get you to feel guilty to FORCE you to WANT to return.

I don't know about you, but even if the war was a long time ago, I can see guilt is the way of the devil. I use my free will and choose Christ.

You are holy innocent now... and even now, the devil in you is telling you this is not true, it will even have a list of reasons why you are not, and you must feel bad, and guilty... Which is gentle? Which is the way of real LOVE? Your Free to choose, for you can't get it wrong, because you will always be innocent, even if you THINK you are guilty.

I have come to a conclusion that Guidance from the Holy Spirit is allot like a GPS. When you first get a GPS to drive with, you tend to think you know better. You always want to go the short cut way. Our logic says there is a better way, tell we run into Traffic. We forget so easily that the GPS can see the Big pitcher, even when we think we got it on our own, and we do not understand the rout its taking us, we soon realize it was getting us around the construction. No matter how sweet and clear the voice will be, we want to hate it for it thinks it knows more then us "real" people. Even thou the GPS has never been behind the wheel, it will become the driver. When you finally trust it and surrender your ideas over... soon your be lost with out it.

Even when "Hell" appears to be over-powering you. "Heaven" is there, patiently waiting for your approval of its reality. And in this realization, it washes away the "reality" of "Hell" for there can not be two homes for the "Son of God" and as I have said before, you are home and you have never wondered off, into a place where Darkness is King. What King of Kings, would let pain triumph when truth is all it knows? He has not forsaken you, He has not cast you out, he has not let your foolish fantasies of death and torture rule, you are Home, at peace, in Love, Always.

You as a "Religious" believer seem to think it is evil or of "sin" to say that you are innocent now. We so desperately want our "wrong" doings to be real, so that we can be punished for them. We ask for pain, not for forgiveness. You believe it could be possible to sin, and go against the will of God, and then return to it again. If it is Gods will that you be forgiven and saved, there is nothing else possible. God is God, and no other ruler could ever triumph, for that would defeat Gods role, as the ruler, creator and King, and this is forever impossible.

It is not passable to stray and return to God, if you have strayed, you are lost forever. But I say again, you have never strayed. You as a creation, could never be apart from your creator. If you are lost, God is lost. If you have sinned the would universe is doomed for eternity, for if you have sinned, to has God, the creator of the sinful, the sin, and the victim.

So I say again, despite of what you see, and how desperately you want it to be true, you are free from sin. You are free from a wrong doing. In fact you are free from "do"ing anything out of the will of God. His will for you remains to be perfect happiness, and you can only retain that Now as you except your innocents.

You can only fully except your innocents as you except it for everyone you have known as well. For to condemn is not your role, but only to forgive because you think you have condemned. To condemn is truly impossible, for there is no will but Gods. So merely an idea needed to be corrected. You have not sinned, nor has your brother, and nor was it seen as anything but Gods Love. Even after your "judgment" of the "action" it has not changed in the eye of the Spirit of God.

You have had the freewill to condemn, but you only have brought pain and hell to your self, by doing so. Forgive, and be free, as you except innocents for everyone. Remember, Misery loves company and they are in every sect and belief. There is no way to Heaven, and No way to Peace. For why would you need a map to your location, all you need is a realization.
